Bringing 20+ years experience in athletics and fitness, and nationally certified in Senior Fitness, WELLFIT55 is focused on senior adults looking to maintain energy and independence, gain strength and confidence after a setback, or reach a fitness goal.
We serve Knoxville, TN and surrounding counties.

Personalized Fitness Programs
Each program is tailor made for you. We begin with a full profile including medical and wellness history, strength and balance assessment, and personal fitness goals.
Your Time. Your Place.
Most clients schedule 2-3 days per week of training. We bring all of the needed equipment. Depending upon your goals, we can provide a routine to continue with exercise on the in-between days.




30 Minutes - $50
BASIC STRENGTH TRAINING, MOVEMENT & BALANCE

This is usually for older adults seeking to gain strength and maintain activities for daily living and independence.
45 Minutes - $65
STRENGTHENING, MOVEMENT, BALANCE & LIGHT CARDIO
This is for adults looking to gain strength and fitness to maintain a relatively active lifestyle.
60 Minutes - $75
STRENGTHENING, INCREASED CARDIO, MOVEMENT, & BALANCE
This is for adults with more advanced fitness goals e.g. playing golf or pickleball, planning an extended trip or enhancing an active lifestyle.

How do I get started on my wellness goals?
1. Use the Get Started button below to request an appointment.
2. We'll reach out to you to set up a time to meet and create a plan tailored to you.
3. We'll begin your journey together and get you on your way to greater health, confidence and independence.
Do you offer any discounts for couples or friends?
Yes! We offer discounts for couples, friends or groups who want to workout together, or separately with back-to-back appointments at the same location.
Do you offer discounts for purchasing multiple sessions?
We offer a package discount if you pay in advance for 10 or more sessions.
How do I pay?
Pay as you go! Or take advantage of a package discount if you pay in advance for 10 or more sessions.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle or Venmo.
What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
There will be a $25 cancellation/no show fee if you are unable to keep your appointment without giving 24 hours prior notice. Cancellation of a prepaid package requires 7 days notice and a 10% cancellation fee.
How do you clean your equipment?
We use sanitize wipes on all equipment before and after each session.
What are your illness protocols?
Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.

Julie Brown brings over 20 years of experience in athletics and fitness to WELLFIT55.

WELLFIT55 is focused on senior adults looking to maintain energy and independence, gain strength and confidence after a setback, or reach a fitness goal.

Julie is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, and Senior Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). CEC's include Low Back Health, Functional Movement, Upper Mobility and Stability, Core Strength, Facial Network, Post Rehab Exercise, and working with clients with cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. She is also certified in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid through the American Red Cross.
